English Language

English is one of the world languages. It has a great number of native speakers, many people learn it as a second language and people all over the world learn it as a foreign language. English has become the lingua franca in many parts of the modern world.

Knowledge of English can be a great help to your business career: it enables you to carry on negotiations with foreign companies without interpreter’s services, to work abroad and to read professional literature in the original. The English language can be very useful while you’re on holidays: knowledge of English gives advantages to those who like travelling, enabling them to feel themselves freely even in non-English speaking country.

We’ll choose a program that would suit best to your language level. We’ll make a schedule according to your wishes. You can choose between group classes or individual lessons, lessons can take place at our center, in your office or at your home.

At our center we use various methodologies and programs that have proved their effectiveness at teaching a foreign language. Except General English course we have specially designed programs (you can read about all of them on our site). You can choose the course that would suit you best.

General course includes:

Level 1 – Starter

This level is designed for those who have never studied the language before. You’ll learn about English pronunciation, reading rules and writing. Attention is also paid to understanding of a foreign speech. After finishing the course, a student can understand phrases that are frequently used in everyday life and tell about himself, his family, his flat and city, do shopping, make an order in a café or restaurant and ask the way.

Level 2 – Elementary

This is an option for those who learnt English at school but have only superficial knowledge of the language. The course provides widening the vocabulary and practicising conversations. Grammar rules are explained in accessible way. Having finished the course, a student is capable of using the language in his everyday life, reading simple texts, understanding advertisments or private conversations, when the speakers are talking slowly. He can support a conversation but yet with some difficulty.

Level 3 – Pre-Intermediate

This course is for those who are quite good at English, but want to improve their level and speak freely and fluently in various situations. After finishing the course, a student can express his opinion on various subjects, read fiction and non-fiction texts, write letters. In his speech he doesn’t use complicated grammar structures and idioms.

Level 5 – Intermediate

This level is for those who are speaking English fluently and want to support their level. Having finished this program, a student can speak without difficulty on different issues, can tell anecdotes, give advice, discuss hypothetic situations and write short stories. He understands TV and radio news and movies and uses basic grammar structures without mistakes.
